FAQ's ...

DO WE SUPPLY ALL CLEANING PRODUCTS?

Yes we do, unless the customer prefers to use their own products.

 

 

WOULD IT BE THE SAME CLEANER EVERY WEEK?

Yes it is. We understand how important continuity is.

 

 

DO I HAVE TO BE AT HOME WHEN THE CLEANERS ARRIVE?

No. We do hold keys, however if you prefer to be at home that day that’s entirely up to you.

 

 

WILL THERE BE A CONTRACT TO SIGN?

No. You can cancel your cleaning services at any time provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given or an individual contract is agreed between both parties.

 

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY IF I CANCEL A CLEAN OR GO ON HOLIDAY?

No. Providing you have cancelled or text the management. Please give as much notice as you possible can in these circumstances.

 

 

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR A CLEAN IF THE CLEANER IS UNABLE TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY THAT DAY?

Yes. However please call and discuss with the management.

 

 

WHEN DO I MAKE PAYMENT FOR THE CLEANING SERVICE?

All payment for our cleaning services are payable on the day of your clean, either cash or cheque.

 

 

DO WE HAVE BUSINESS INSURANCE?

Yes. We have public liability insurance.

 

 

WHAT AREAS DO WE COVER?

We cover mainly Renfrewshire , however we are also in the Westend of Glasgow and Newton Mearns.

 

 

DO I HAVE TO TIDY UP BEFORE THE CLEANER COMES?

Yes, we recommend that in order to make the best use of time available. We would suggest keeping all areas as tidy as possible.
